Wragby is our newest nursery! Located opposite the village church and adjacent to Wragby Primary School, we opened this setting in 2015. It has quickly proved a popular and indispensable facility for this compact and friendly village.

Mon Ami in Wragby is located in a newly refurbished and extended family home on Church Street near the village centre. We place a strong emphasis on natural, outdoor play, and the lovely grounds at Wragby provide an excellent backdrop in which the children can explore, learn and have fun.

At Wragby, we provide a full daycare service for children aged between six weeks and eight years old. Our opening hours are weekdays, from 7am until 6.30pm for 51 weeks of the year.

All the children are looked after in ground-floor rooms which have easy access to the large garden. There are separate rooms for the babies, the toddlers and the preschool children, but the rooms are divided using stable doors so it’s easy to see from one room into another. Younger and older children (including siblings) are often mixed.

We are great advocates for healthy eating at Mon Ami, and our fantastic Nursery Cook prepares freshly cooked and nutritious meals for the children, sourcing fresh, local or home-grown produce where possible. Our Wragby nursery has a five-star food hygiene rating from Boston Borough Council.

Our Nursery Manager, Kristina Johnson, has been a dedicated member of the Mon Ami team since the very beginning, in 2002! Kristina’s qualifications include Early Years Professional Status and an honours degree in Children’s Nursing. With her extensive experience in childcare, Kristina is highly knowledgeable and passionate about all aspects of children’s development. Kristina has endless ideas for opportunities to support and promote each child’s individual developmental journey.

Sarah Betson supports Kristina as Deputy Manager and joined Wragby this year, following many years at our Alford setting. Sarah is an enthusiastic and friendly member of our team who enjoys finding a variety of unique and creative activities for the children to take part in. We are thrilled to share that Sarah is currently expecting her second child and has just started her maternity leave. We wish her all the best during this special time and look forward to her return.
