Mon Ami Children’s Nurseries Win learndirect 2017 Apprenticeship Award

Mon Ami Children’s Nurseries employ a total of seven apprentices in the four nurseries who are supported in their training by learndirect.  This prestigious award was presented yesterday to Samantha Britton by Akhil Avasthy of learndirect at Mon Ami Boston.

“We are delighted to award Mon Ami Children’s Nurseries with the learndirect 2017 Apprenticeship Week Award which recognises the support Mon Ami has given their apprentices as an employer.  From past experience we know that this support contributes to their future success and helps learndirect to nurture fresh talent,” said Akhil Avasthy.

“We have supported apprentices for many years at Mon Ami.  Being an apprentice offers a young person the opportunity to get hands-on experience of their chosen career.  It’s rewarding for us to nurture young people’s talent and contribute to creating a good foundation for their future,” said Samantha Britton.

Each of the Mon Ami Children’s Nurseries employs a team of long-standing, dedicated, highly qualified nursery staff and apprentices.   The apprentices benefit from being supported in their training by this outstanding team of mentors.  Once they have completed their training the apprentices will have achieved NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Early Years Childcare, giving them an excellent start to their career.
