Celebrating World Down Syndrome Day!

Staff and children came to nursery wearing their oddest and brightest socks for the 'Lots of Socks' campaign in support of World Down Syndrome Day! We had some brilliant sock combinations on show and lots of lovely and thoughtful discussion. 

 

World Down Syndrome Day is held on the 21st day of the 3rd month to represent the triplication of the 21st chromosome, which causes Down Syndrome.
